Ethernet-enabled revenue class multifunction meter for power measurement, power quality analysis, and power usage reporting


PA3000 series Smart Power Meter is designed for continuous monitoring of 3 phase system. All essential power parameters including current, voltage, power, active and reactive energy are integrated in a single meter. Its bi-directional energy measurement and harmonic analysis function makes PA3000 suitable for modern industrial power management. The built-in Ethernet and rich communication abilities enable Smart Power Meter to be easily connected with most modern third-party SCADA systems.


NEW FITUR : 4 TARIFF OF TOU (TIME OF USE) SETTING

Setup of Time of Use (TOU)

  • Firet, go to setup as described in the previous setup section and select TOU Setup.
  • In TOU setup mode, there are three selection,
    For either recurring in holiday, only one rate type canbe set.In setting holiday, user need to deside
    the month and date of each holiday. Every index represents one holiday.
    Index:1~40
    Month:0~12
    Date:1~31
  • However, for non-recurring holiday, year needs to be determined also.
    Year:0~99 (ex. 2008,key in 08)
  • Other than holidays, user need to setup rate types for every period, day and month by selecting
    time base.
    Index:1~99 (99 types of TOU can be set)
    Month:1~12 (Jan., to Dec., can assign more than one month)
    Date:1~7 (Sunday to Saturday, can assign more than two days)
    Periods: 1~8 periods for selecting A, B, C and D rate, the setting should be arranged at time
    sequence.
  • As "0" was assigned, it means no setting is assigned for this day or this period.
  • If one particular dat was assigned for the two or more index, fix recurring holiday will be the first
    priority, then non-recurring holiday, and then regular day (Time-Band). If this occure in regular
    day setting, higher index will given the higher priority. For example, when index 1 is conflict
    with index 5, then the index 5 will the time band to be carried out.
